5 Week Dr. Appt
Lexi had another doctor appointment today. She now weighs 10 lbs 6 oz & is 23.5" tall. I told him all about her bad days. About once a week, she has a screaming day. She doesn't sleep much and she screams in pain. She wants to be help up against the chest and comforted all day long. Yesterday was one of those days. He thinks she probably has gas. I'm going to buy some baby gas medicine in hopes to avoid the next rough day. She also got her first shot - hepatitous. Like most babies, she is not a fan of shots. At first she was stunned and then she started balling. It wasn't so much of a painful cry, but a 'how could you let them do this to me?' cry. When she calmed down, she just stared into space with big tears in her eyes. As soon as we got into the car, she fell asleep. Hopefully, she forgets soon.

For people who don't know me, I come from a big family (3 brothers & 1 sister). We moved around a LOT, so I am not really from one particular place. I like to call Katy, Texas my home though.
Recent news, my Dad & Mother-in-Law were diagnosed with Terminal Cancer in April/May of 2005. My dad passed away 5-Dec-05 .
